It's been over 2 years since I've actually done anything on this site. And in those last two years, I've gotten myself into different things. Not so much into photography, but I do get the odd nice one here and there. Uploaded a couple of my daughter just now. Also, i'm now in my second year of school (for the second time around), studying hospitality management, hotel and restaurant. I feel better about this than photography. I've been working in the catering biz, and doing some event planning on the side for our local youth group at our parish. Maybe someday I'll be a big event/fundraiser/party planner, getting paid the big bucks. That or I

I havn't really done anything in DA since December... Did a little bit, but nothing compared to before. The winter months passed, dark and cold as they are, feeling only worse with the fresh loss of my neice. However, sunnier days have been on the horizon.
I'm pretty much nine months pregnant.. Due next week on Wednesday, August the 8th. I'm so very excited, but at the same time I'm scared....
I had only known about my pregnancy for only a few days before my sister lost her child. So you can imagine what thoughts have crossed my mind. I can only hope and pray it won't happen again.

Life. It's something that we all go through, and for most of us, it doesn't seem like a big deal.
But there are those of you out there who think differently - much like I do now.
You think you have forever, that the ones you love are going to be with you for a long time. Nothing in this world could possibly take them away or make anything bad.
In amongst such good things - my marriage, and now my pregnancy - something so terrible and heartbreaking had to happen - And I wish no other person the kind of grief my family and I are going through right now.
